Heat trace provides a method to cover heat losses on a pipe, vessel, tank, or equipmentusing a line of electrically heated cable to maintain a specified temperature. We offerdetailed engineering services from the initial stages through final installation andcommissioning.

Heating Cable

The selection of heating cable depends on the heat losses and the product temperatureto be maintained during the process. There are two common types of heat trace cables:self-regulating and mineral-insulated heating cable.

Control Units

To ensure that the specified temperature range is not exceeded, control units areutilized. The types of control units include:

  • Capillary tube model built with PT-100.
  • Digital Controller that can be connected to a PLC.

Insulation

To reduce heat losses along the object and maintain optimal product performance toavoid process failure, insulation materials such as mineral wool, glass wool, calciumsilicate, etc., are used and covered with aluminum cladding.

Power Panel and Control Panel

The power distribution board depends on the line of heat tracing with individual earthleakage protection. Monitoring of individual heat tracing lines by the controller can beprovided. Panels are available for weatherproof and explosion-proof applications.2.
